Absolutely the best in the area. I've not had better in larger metro areas, in fact. The rangoons are life changing. So yummy! Crispy Spring Rolls are exactly what you visit for and have become a comfort food staple. Spicy Lemongrass Chicken is an item I crave. Pho. Is it rude to slurp? Cant get enough. Service is friendly and quick Nice bar area and plenty room for larger groups and seating. Did I mention this is the best I've ever had? If you're a regular yelper this should on the top of the list. It's on mine !!

This is our first time at Tony Nguyen's restaurant. My husband and I order beef pho and pork banh mi sandwich. The pho broth was great! You don't even need to add any condiments for it to taste good. For $12 bowl of pho and with a very generous amount of meat portions-I'd gladly pay for it. The banh mi sandwich was warm, crunchy and buttery. Best banh mi bread we've had in Appleton. Nicely portion of pork and just the right amount of veggies. We def. Come back again!

My wife and I stopped in here just looking for some food to go real quick... And absolutely fell in love with the food from here. I tried chicken tacos that were light, healthy and super tasty. My wife got Pho, (noodle and chicken soup)....delicious. E ven their bloody Mary's (and we are bloody Mary snobs) were fantastic. I had a Boba signature drink with green tea...loved it. A little bit of alcohol, but doesn't leave you tired afterwards. Sat at the bar - and I will say that this is the spot I'd prefer to sit...the rest of it is a bit too open...some echo due to the hard wall/floor surfaces. That could probably be broken up visually and sound-wise. Overall I got the impression that people in the area don't know how good Vietnamese food is. If you like Mexican food or Chinese food I'd guess that you'll like this. Much healthier, better ingredients. Super fresh. And the staff has their act together! We will be doing this a lot from now on!

Love, love, love. Yes, it's Americanized Vietnamese food, but so what? It's delicious! The vibe of the restaurant is very modern, but with some nice character - a colorful message board with the day's specials, and a massive chandelier (which contrasted nicely with some Uber-modern light fixtures). It's anything but generic. Very clean, as well, crucial in these COVID times. Plenty of parking in front. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was soooo yummy! We started with an appetizer assortment, which I liked because you pick what goes in it, so we picked three things we wanted to try. My daughter liked the crab Rangoo, while I enjoyed the egg rolls (light and crispy) and the street dumplings (don't skip the dipping sauce). I had a shrimp taco special for my main meal, and it was very tasty, lots of fresh veggies. My daughter got lo mein and it was so much she had to take most of it in a box. She loved it. She also had a taro boba tea that she liked so much she took a second one to go when we left. It was like a milkshake, but not as heavy. I wish we were in Appleton longer, we'd love to go back!

Very Americanized version of pho. Rightfully so, as it is located in a fairly suburban area. Restaurant itself has interesting decor. Not quite Asian, but attempt at Hawaiian mixed with religious touches?! Clean restaurant. Parking lot in front. Menu is fairly large. Service was okay. Waitress was good but had difficulty putting items in the table due to her really long nails. Other hostess that was there was a bit rude. We asked for chop sticks which did not come out with our apps, which we thought was reasonable and was given a really disgusted look as if we just asked for the most absurd item. Overall, will be back to try the other items on the menu. It is noted that prices have been some of the most expensive we have come across other than big cities like nyc and seattle at top tier restaurants. Happy eating!
